Neill & Sons, sometime Vice President and General Manager of the Royal Bank of Canada, whose name, because of his gifts to the university and his concern for its welfare, is here gratefully recorded.
Notes: An all-male residence when opened in 1961, as of 1996 it became co-ed. The annual charity of Neill House is “Raise a Little Hell Day” where money is raised to shave the heads of proctors and/or pie a proctor and funds raised go to the Canadian Cancer Society. Neill House received an official coat of arms 15 February 1962. Its twin is Neville House.
