Prominent date(s) of activity: 1952 - ?
History: The Biology Club was organized to broaden students' knowledge in all fields of Biology.
Activities: The Biology Club held discussions by members, and sponsored guest lectures, field trips, exibitions, displays, and other projects.
In 1977, the Biological Society held their third annual UNB Biological Society Conference at the Anderson House in St. Andrews, New Brunswick. Lectures were given on a number of topics. Many of the participants were staff and students from the Ira C. Darling Centre at the University of Maine. The American guests and speakers enjoyed a lobster boil and oyster feast before returning home on Saturday evening, at which point the students of UNB Fredericton and UNB Saint John wound down the weekend conference with an all-night party.
