Named for: The Facilities Management unit.

Notes: This is the administrative centre for UNB's Facilities Management unit. The cornerstone of the building was originally intended to be placed by NB Premier Louis J. Robichaud, but when he was unable to attend the ceremony, Minister Andre F. Richard took on his duty.
