MediaWiki is open-sourced, freely available wiki software. The wiki was migrated in 2014 from the cloud-based, externally-hosted WikiSpaces in May of 2014.

MediaWiki is open-sourced, freely available wiki software. It is the software currently in use by  UNB Archives and Special Collections to host, support, and develop the History at a Glance wiki. 

As open-source software, MediaWiki is extremely maleable and can be modified to suit many different needs. This flexibility will be essential in allowing the wiki to grow and develop in the future.
