Previous/other names: N/A
Prominent date(s) of activity: 1959 -
History: The Bridge Club already held the Maritime Intercollegiate Championship title before becoming an official club, as the UNB team won the title at the Acadia Winter Carnival the preceding year. It became, upon its foundation, the only college club in the Atlantic Provinces to be affiliated with the American Contract Bridge League.
Activities: Weekly meetings were supplemented by an intramural tournament early in January to determine what team would travel to Acadia to compete for the Maritime Intercollegiate Championship.
