Renovations/changes/additions: Originally designed as a residence for women attending Teacher's College and summer school in Fredericton, Rosary Hall was used as a renewal centre and as a bookstore before UNB acquired the building in August 1984 and used it as a co-ed residence.
Notes: A former Catholic church residence owned by the Sisters of Charity.
