Origins:
History: An annual Mock Trial was performed for the entertainment and amusement of the greater student body. It was a theatrical affair, with various students assuming key roles in the proceedings such as a judge, lawyers, witnesses and a jury. At the end, the verdict was read and humorous sentencing ensued.
