Previous/other names:
History: Judo was introduced to the UNB campus as a club sport in 1959. An officially recognized team was formed in 1972, and began competing in intercollegiate tournaments.
Notes: Although not an official university sport, there is still a judo clun on the UNB Fredericton campus.
