Date(s) of occurrence: 1902, 1931-?

Previous/other names:

History: A golf and tennis club was briefly formed in 1902, but quickly fell through. 1931 saw the revival of the sport with a student-faculty tournament held at the Fredericton golf course. This event became annual. A Golf Club was organized in 1933, and tournaments were held, although it is unclear as to the restrictions of registration. In 1958, UNB was the winner of the first officially-recognized Maritime Intercollegiate Golf Championship
