Named for: Thomas J. Condon, Vice-President of UNBSJ (1977-1988)

Renovations/changes/additions: Renovations to the interior of the building took place between Spring and Fall 1987. They included removing asbestos from the insulation and the creation of a teaching and studying space, as well as an art gallery and a campus bookstore; further renovations in 1997 created more space for student club offices, and in 2003 the building was updated with a campus bar, called Col. Tucker's, as well as new flooring on the second floor and new paint throughout the building.

Notes: The building is approximately 25,354 square feet and contains the campus cafeteria, the social club, SRC offices, campus radio station, newspaper and yearbook offices, as well as meeting rooms. It is connected via overhead walkway to the G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre and via tunnel to the Sir James Dunn Residence.
