The name was changed to Saint John College in Autumn 2004, and the focus shifted to providing intensive English language training as well as introduction to academic courses, acting as a bridge for international students to full-time academic programs. In 2010 the building was transferred to the new Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick program.
