History:
- A women’s hockey team was formed at UNB in 1912, but did not enter into women’s hockey leagues until several years later. UNB played mostly Fredericton teams, as well as a few teams from outside the city in exhibition games.By 1934 interest in teh sport had dwindled and there had not been a women's hockey team on the campus in "several years"
