Name: Theatre UNB

Previous/other names: TUNB

Prominent date(s) of activity:

History: Theatre UNB is comprised of students from English 2170, and English 3170, who organize and put on theatre productions each year.

In 2010, for the first time, the students of both classes joined together to produce a single play. This experiment was meant to give the students, who would otherwise work with the same group of people for four years straight, an opportunity to work with different cast members. This also created an environment where the students of 3170 could mentor the younger, less experienced students from 2170.

Activities: Students are responsible for acting, as well as the preparation of costumes, props, posters and promotional materials.
