A $300 prize to be awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Department of History, to an undergraduate or graduate student for the best essay on the history of the military in New Brunswick written by a student on the Fredericton campus. The prize has been established by Major Jamie Reid of the Princess Patricias Canadian Light Infantry.
