History: The German Club was organized for students who are interested in the German language or culture.

Activities: The club hosts movie nights, German cuisine dinner parties, and language immersion events.

In October, 1991, the German Club, in conjunction with the Multicultural Youth Association of New Brunswick and AIESEC UNB, hosted an Oktoberfest celebration at Ecole Sainte-Anne Community Center. The event included entertainment, door prizes, and a Yodelling contest.

Note(s): Students do not need to speak German to join the club, though language immersion is a major part of the club's activity.
