Previous/other names: N/A

Prominent date(s) of activity: 1976 -

History: The Forest Engineering Student Association was intended to organize lectures and field trips related to methods and practices of industrial forest mechanization (and the consequences of this mechanization), to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between students and professionals involved in the industry, and cooperate with other student societies with related agendas at UNB.

Activities: The Association was organized primarily for the benefit of those students enrolled in the Forest Engineering program, though membership was also open to any graduate students, faculty member, or practicing engineer or forester. Meetings were held monthly.
