Renovations/changes/additions: Renovations to convert the home into the Graduate Student Society and Windsor Castle Bar completed on 23 October 2003.

Notes: The purchase of the original 1940s style house started acquisition of properties on Windsor St. Originally served as a home for UNB's writer-in-residence, first rented to Alden Nowlan. Currently home of the Graduate Student Society and the Windsor Castle Bar. Formerly housed the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre for Family Violence Research (1992-99).
