History: The Skin and SCUBA Diving Club formed to provide training by National YMCA standards to ensure the delivery of proper diving skills.

Activities: The Club embarked on excursions to a number of local bodies of both warm and ice covered, fresh and salt water, for a number of underwater activities including exploring and spearfishing. Members trained for the Skin Divers qualification and practiced with "aqua-lung" gear, diving to depths of 10 to 90 feet.
